More Show News – September 27 – Napoli Int
We could not show ourselves but the “SOBERS” flag was “held high” this time by Franco Grecco’s lovely brindle Greyhound SOBERS JULIENNE ( Ch Bakara’s Raemond at Solstrand – Ch Sobers Era) who won CAC,CACIB & BOB under well respected Mr Paolo Dondina!
Many Congrats Franco !
Also the Whippet SOBERS GRETA ( Ch Barnesmore Galileo – Barnesmore Magik Potion) managed again to be placed 2nd in Open bitch class with Reserv CAC – this was just a “warming up” with her new owners Lucio Giovagnoli & Valeria Baldini.
Look out for the well moving GRETA around the rings with new mamma “WALLY”:-)!!!!

We just today got the news that our lovely Lux Ch SOBERS KENDRA also did very well at the French National Greyhound Specialty!
Kendra was winning an impressive Open bitch class among 12 bitches ( some of them Champions).

Whippet News – 2 weeks photos of Marco/Cindy litter
This colourful litter by Multi Ch Barnesmore Galileo out of Almaglo Lucinda at Sobers was born with a C-section due to a stucked puppy. Mother Cindy and puppies are doing great but we have a very little one “Kingsley” whose birth weight was only 180 gr (like an Italian greyhound puppy!). We can still not say anything, but he is a real fighter and without any help he always manage to be among the first to eat. He gained weight and is growing and we can not see anything else wrong with him except that he is a tiny little one. Time will tell but for now he is one of the “K-gang”.

Italian Greyhound News – NEW AKC CHAMPION!
We just got the great news from Virginia Gould (Peachwood’s) in USA that her “Larry” SOBERS ILLARION became American Champion last Saturday, September 20, at the Santa Ana Kennel Club , in Cerritos, California!
“Larry” finnished with his 2nd Major under Judge Mr Howard Yost.
We are still waiting for the show photos but meanwhile we attach two puppy photos of “Larry”.
Sobers Illarion is sired by Nitusch Dante out of Peachwoods Primavera.
He is a litter brother to S DK CH Sobers Indigo , owned by Sobers & Malin Aberg, kennel Rashika’s in Sweden.
