Greyhound News – Sobers N-litter born today!
A lovely very homogenous litter of totally 9 puppies ( 2+7 ) was born during the night . Father is “Giacomo” Ch Showline Sporting Trophy at Sobers and mother is “Idelia” Ch Sobers Idelia
Colours: 1 Black dog, 1 Redbrindle dog, 4 Black bitches, 1 Red bitch, 1 Redbrindle and 1 Redbrindle and white bitch.
Mother and puppies are fine. We are all very tired after this night event, so now time for some rest, but we promise more updates in a couple of days.
4,5 years old “Bibbo” really loves to help out in the whelping box. He today gave us some very thoughtful explanations how important it is that “the mother is fed with crochettes and milk, so that the puppies can get something to eat from their own places”.
“We must all know that the puppies come from the “back door” of the mother like now, but sometimes that back door is too small, and then you have to take out the puppies from the belly directly. If so, it is very important not to forget to close the belly again!”
Children know so much more than what we think!!!
